I'm PMSing right now and I'm getting really pissed off at this stupid fucking loser on the IMDB.com message boards.

I seriously doubt people like orlijah listen to THAT many bands. You'd basically have to buy an album once every two weeks to get into that many bands, and then you'd have to actually listen them for a while to call yourself a fan. Time-wise, that would just be impossible.

I didn't say I have all their CDs. And I would definitely not consider myself a stereotypical "true fan" of all of them. But if I hear something I like, and want to buy a CD of, it goes on my list. So the list also serves as sort of a shopping list as well.

And who honestly says you can only like a few bands? Where's the fun in that? Why constrict yourself to a few bands? Broaden your listening and branch out.

I knew you couldn't be a hardcore fan of any of them. I'm just saying I find it hard to believe that you could even really be a softcore fan given the amount. If you gave each CD maybe three listens and one CD from each band/artist then maybe but you put up a lot of people. That's a pretty big list.

I don't RESTRICT (not "constrict") to a few bands. I sample quite a bit of bands but I don't like that many. However, I don't like anything that's rap (I can at least find a little respectability in the old-school stuff), rap-rock (except Rage Against The Machine because of the instrumentals), techno, "dance", pop, new-wave emo, nu metal, new-wave grunge and pseudo-punk, otherwise known as pop-punk. Any other genres or subgenres that I'm not particularly fond of, I just haven't totally written off yet.

Where'd you get the word any from? I certainly have favorites out of the list ... like The Beatles, The Clash, Bad Religion and Interpol.

What a goddamn fucking ASSHOLE. Who the fucking HELL says you have to like ONE BAND?? I could go down that whole list and give at least three reasons why I like each band. I HATE THAT FUCKING LOSER!

And I absolutely HATE people who use the word "hardcore". These days it's only n00bs who think they're either "so0o hxc gangsta" or "so lyk totely punk rawk!!111!".
